During this session, we explore your history with food, movement and health. If you are looking to support a specific disease, we will consider your experiences with your disease and ways to support it. Your relationship with your body and food will be central to our time together. You will leave with a clear plan of your next steps that fit you and your lifestyle. This package includes 1 initial 30 minute session and 2 – 30 minute follow up sessions.
