Executive Coaching

1 to 1 1/4 hour executive coaching session. Topic is at the desire of the client/customer/coachee. Expect some time building the relationship, then talking through topics. Participants will always leave with action items and solutions, if that is what they desire. Kevin is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach, and we can use CliftonStrengths as a basis for some discussion, as they desire. Although one session is sometimes all that is needed, 3-4 follow-on sessions is often best to maintain continuity and accountability.
